Bath (Somerset – England) Gregory “Dolly” Parton was a character of BBC’s Bonekickers, a drama about a group of archaeologists involved in odd and sometimes supernatural adventures. The story was located and filmed in Bath. Parton (the actor Hugh Bonneville) was an eccentric lecturer, always wearing a cowboy hat and an overcoat. What a surprise to find, precisely in Bath, a man dressed almost exactly like the drama’s professor, going with a woman I supposed to be his wife, and carrying a flowered trolley: a very peculiar scene. Of course I was also very happy, being myself a Bonekickers fan. By the way, he was not the only man I found dressed this way in Bath. Picture taken during a press tour to which I was invited by the website “Visit Bath”, in 2013.
