CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. — On April 2, Patrick Stubbs stood by his rental car at Dulles International Airport in Washington, D.C., and watched traffic to determine on which side of the road he needed to drive.
Since then, Stubbs, of Lincoln, England, has gotten plenty of practice driving in the states. He traveled to Pittsburgh, Baltimore, two communities in Virginia and several towns in Franklin County, Pa., to document his family tree through photographs.
