Sony introduces new lens-style cameras

Japan’s electronics giant Sony employee displays the new concept digital camera “Cyber-shot DSC-QX100” (L) and “Cyber-shot DSC-QX10”, called lens-style cameras, which can turn a smartphone into a full digital camera, at the company’s headquarters in Tokyo. The DSC-QX100, equipped with a 20 mega-pixel image sensor, can be operated from the smartphone with Wi-Fi connection, and will hit the market on October 25. — AFP
